Display Confirmation Message for tickets.txt

Hello everybody,

Would it be, please, possible to add a confirmation message when launching a quizz, asking if we have not forgotten the tickets.txt file?

Ideally, this message could be enabled/disabled in the QuizXpress setup part

Do you need some screen mockups to illustrate my feature request? or is it clear enough?

So if I understand correctly you want a new option in Quiz Setup and when that option is enabled, the system will ask you if you have not forgotten to set the tickets.txt file?

We are a bit in doubt if this is the best way to do it. The reason is you don't want to restart the quiz once satrted so would it be helpfull if you could load/update the tickets from within QuizXpress Director (after the show has already started)?

Thanks for your answer ... and indeed, it's surely better to use QuizXpress Director in order to not restart the quiz.

But from my opinion, a warning message that we can configure to display or not could be great

I feel in a way for this request also. I know as a user we should check of we did this correctly, prior to starting the quiz. But it happens to me sometimes also. For both ways. Sometimes I forget to load the tickets.txt, sometimes the file was still there but shouldn't be there. An option to load AND unload when the quiz is running would be an great option for me. Then you don't have te restart and don't have to communicatie the game pin again. It takes away a lot of miscommunication.

Being able to unload/load tickets arbitrary sounds like a good idea and indeed provides more flexibility, We are busy with some extension to the ticketing system so will see how we can fit this in.
